PITTSBURGH STEELERS MADE BAD PICK

Post by Glennfs »

With their 1st round pick they took the Pitt QB.
He only scored a 15 on his Wonderlic test. No QB has been successful scoring that low

I see online that they scored a 16.
But I doubt Bradshaw ever took the test as the only team using it were the cowboys. The Bengals also tested players but didn't use the wunderlik test.

As for Bradshaw he wasn't a great QB. In fact he was the 3rd best QB in a 4 team division.
He had a HOF center an all pro line a HOF running back 2 maybe 3 HOF recievers.
He completed 50.3pct of his passes had 213 tds and 210 interceptions.
Had he played for Houston and Pastorini for Pittsburgh. Pastorini would becin the HOF and Bradshaw would be a retired insurance salesman.
Ken Anderson had 10 fewer tds 60 fewer hints. Threw for 10,000 more yards and completed just under 60pct. With the Bengals.

As for the other two they would be the exception which proved the rule.
However Marino went to one super bowl his rookie year and Kelly was 0 and 4.

Pittsburgh should have selected the U Cincinnati QB if they weren't comfortable with Willis

That would have been a good choice. I’m surprised they didn’t take the kid from Liberty.
