Sean Rash Fined, Suspended from One PBA Tour Event for ‘Unprofessional Conduct’

The PBA has fined 17-time PBA Tour champion Sean Rash "an undisclosed amount," suspended him from one national PBA Tour event in February, and placed him on a one-year probation for "conduct unbecoming of a professional" in response to comments Rash made in the final moments of the PBA Players Championship Midwest Region Finals championship match Sunday on FS1. The announcement was made during the PBA Players Championships West Region Finals telecast, also on FS1, on Monday night.

Rash, believing he had lost the match to lefthander Matt Russo, said, "Integrity one day" as he wrapped up his 10th frame, then added, "Yeah, I said it. I don't give a [expletive]." After a 10th-frame collapse by Russo in which he left the 2-4-6-7-10 and covered only the 4 pin on the spare shot to lose, 207-201, Rash said as he picked up his trophy, "Well, that one cost me a few bucks, but I don't care."

Best wishes Justice Breyer

Retiring Justice Stephen Breyer’s 28 years on the Supreme Court, explained

Multiple news outlets reported Wednesday that Justice Stephen Breyer, the Supreme Court’s oldest member and one of its three remaining liberals, will retire, giving President Joe Biden his first opportunity to fill a seat on the nation’s highest court.

With Democrats controlling both the White House and a narrow majority in the Senate, this retirement is the party’s first real chance to fill a Supreme Court seat in more than a decade — and its first shot since Senate Republicans blocked former President Barack

YouTube permanently bans Fox News host Dan Bongino for evading suspension,
Fox News host Dan Bongino is no longer welcome on YouTube. The company confirmed to The Hill that Bongino is now permanently banned from its video platform, after he attempted to evade a prior suspension related to COVID-19 misinformation. The conservative commentator apparently published a video on his main channel while another channel was suspended, thereby violating YouTube's Terms of Service. Bongino's two channels have been removed from the service, and he won't be able to make any future channels, YouTube representatives told The Hill.

Last September, YouTube announced that it would ban all content related to vaccine misinformation, which was an expansion on its previous ban against COVID-19 misinformation. At the time, YouTube also banned prominent anti-vax proponents like Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Joseph Mercola.

Bongino, and many other conservative commentators, have moved over to the alternative video platform Rumble (where he also holds an equity stake). He currently has over 2 million subscribers there, whereas his primary channel had 900,000 subscribers on YouTube.

Update 1/26/22 5:57pm ET: “When a channel receives a strike, it is against our Terms of Service to post content or use another channel to circumvent the suspension,” YouTube said in a statement. “If a channel is terminated, the uploader is unable to use, own or create any other YouTube channels.”

And now we start the countdown on when Dan "The Banned" Bongino will claim he's a victim of the cancel culture.

The Navy said Tuesday that it has discharged 23 active-duty sailors for refusing the coronavirus vaccine, marking the first time it has thrown currently serving sailors out of the military over the mandatory shots.

The discharges came as the Navy released new COVID-19 guidance that requires all deployed sailors and air crew to be vaccinated, but relaxes some quarantine practices on ships based on recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Two NFL Quarterbacks had amazing runs with their respected careers best wishes to them

Tom Brady is retiring from the NFL after a legendary career with the Patriots and Buccaneers, per report

Tom Brady, the most decorated player in league history and widely considered the greatest of all time, is retiring from the NFL, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter and Jeff Darlington.

Of course, Brady's career is nothing short of legendary. He first came into the NFL as the 199th overall pick in the 2000 NFL Draft out of Michigan and was selected by Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots. Brady spent that first season on the bench behind veteran quarterback Drew Bledsoe. Then, in Week 2 of the 2001 season, a devastating hit by Jets linebacker Mo Lewis knocked Bledsoe out of the game and effectively changed the trajectory of Brady's career, the Patriots franchise, and the NFL at large.

In a tweet posted last week, that has since been deleted, Ilya Shapiro, the incoming executive director of the Center for the Constitution and senior lecturer at Georgetown University Law Center, said Biden will be nominating not "the objectively best pick" but a "lesser" Black woman to replace Supreme Court Justice Stephen G. Michelle Malkin banned from Airbnb because she attended a white nationalist conference in Nashville last November.
According to The Daily Beast, far-right writer Michelle Malkin has been banned from using Airbnb after she attended a white nationalist conference in Nashville, Tennessee last November.

"'Consistent with our policies, if we become aware of users who are members of or are actively affiliated with hate groups, we remove them from Airbnb,' company spokesperson Ben Breit told The Daily Beast on Wednesday. The site also banned Malkin’s husband, she wrote, since her trips were often booked from his account," reported Zachary Petrizzo. "'The new twist in my case is Airbnb going after my HUSBAND for simply being married to me. Are my kids next? How about other #AmericaFirst families?' Malkin ... fumed Wednesday afternoon on Twitter."

The conference in question was hosted by American Renaissance, an organization classified as a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center. Malkin did not use Airbnb on that specific trip.

Malkin, once a common guest on more mainstream conservative media, has allied herself with extremist causes in recent years. She has defended Japanese internment in the Second World War and the racial profiling of Muslims in the post 9/11 counterterrorism fight. Her ties to Holocaust denier Nick Fuentes ultimately led to her being fired by conservative group Young America's Foundation.

Expect to see the "Victim Card" to be played by her as a casualty of "cancel culture." I say, let her go cry to the American Renaissance and other white supremacist groups who will use her and then throw her away like used toilet paper.

Yes #ucker Carlson wasted NO time with the victimhood last night. From You Don't Have to Be White to Be A White Supremacist: viewtopic.php?p=14883#p14883

Tucker Carlson calls Airbnb “an aggressive agent of authoritarian social change” for banning individuals associated with hate groups - Media Matters

TUCKER CARLSON (HOST): You may have heard of Airbnb, it's an online service that exists to connect property owners with people who want to rent short-term, usually people traveling on vacation or for business. So Airbnb has a very straightforward mission, or it did, but then around the time that Donald Trump took office, Airbnb decided to become an aggressive agent of authoritarian social change.

...

Then three years later, they accelerated it and Airbnb began banning conservatives from spending the night in its properties. Now they didn't say this out loud, they referred to people they disagreed with as quote, "white nationalists" because that's the script they always read. Then, after January 6th, they amped it up still more. Airbnb announced that quote, "Domestic terrorist and violent hate group members" are also banned.
WNs are indeed conservatives. Anybody who has followed American Renaissance knows that this group is overtly white supremacist and white nationalist. Now a private company doesn't want them stinking up their houses, boo hoo, it's so difficult to be God's Favorites in a world full of natural inferiors.
