Conservative former federal Judge J. Michael Luttig warned in a new essay for The New York Times that the “choice for America next Tuesday could not be clearer.”

“He betrayed us,” Luttig said of former president and current GOP nominee Donald Trump, later adding: “In the almost 250 years since the founding of the nation, no president before Donald Trump has ever so betrayed America.”

“Republicans and conservatives have always proudly claimed they would be the first to put the country above all else when the time came. That time has come,”wrote Luttig, who endorsed Democratic nominee Kamala Harris in August.

Trump had his chance to have an interview. No reason to try to insinuate her interview was somehow a puff piece instead of a straight news interview.

I think it will be thrown out of court because he suffered no damages. He had the opportunity to appear on 60 Minutes and decided not to appear so any damages caused to him were self-inflected.

Remember, Mr. Trump pulled out of his interview with 60 Minutes and the vice president participated.

They were scheduled to interview the ceo of a major corporation, I think an energy company, and when they showed up, 60 minutes found a complete camera recording crew all set up by the corporation. The ceo informed 60 minutes they would be recording the interview and would release it unedited. 60 minutes departed.
