Roske never shot or struck Kavanaugh nor broke into the home (again he wasn't there - possibly family members, dunno), and turned himself in.

Now, seems to me he's definitely guilty of the crime of planning to commit a murder ... against more than one person ... which itself I think carries heavy time in prison. As it should.
Last I read, a few weeks ago, he pled not guilty, and was undergoing a mental health evaluation - though his own attorneys say he is competent to stand trial.
I always thought that 1st degree murder was something pre-planned not something like what that guy did. Well, I learned differently.
Now it seems it is progressives here turn. Evidently according to the law the kavanaugh event was attempted murder while the Pelosi event was assault and attempted kidnapping.
I am guessing that thankfully both crimes probably come with very similar penalties and both perps will be out of circulation for a very long time.
