She's the most exciting player in college basketball right now. Simply an amazing talent.

I'm hopeful that her run continues and she breaks the current NCAA scoring record held by Petr Maravich.

Selling out arenas wherever she goes!

Women's sports are rising at a clip unmatched by anyone else. Tom Brady headlines celebratory video: https://www.on3.com/college/iowa-hawkey ... ng-record/
In a video tribute, former Iowa teammates, NCAA officials, celebrities and some of the biggest stars in all of sports sent tributes in honor of Clark’s accomplishment.

“I just wanted to say congratulations on the record,” seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady said. “Like the rest of the country, I’ve been following along while you chase down my girl Kelsey [Plum, who previously held the NCAA women’s scoring record], but I know she’s proud of you too. We love witnessing greatness here. Keep your head down, go finish the job and I’ll be watching. Good luck!”

“Keep going and keep pushing,” nine-time WNBA All Star Brittney Griner said, sending her congratulations. “Good luck.”

Milwaukee Bucks star Damian Lillard told Clark, “I’m a huge fan of your game.” He added, “Much respect to you, I like the way you do it... You’re a real killer.”

Sports broadcaster Lisa Byington said her career has helped erase gender gaps in women’s sports, saying she’s made many people “basketball fans” — not just men’s or women’s basketball fans. “That, along with this record, is part of your legacy,” Byington told Clark.

“Your contributions to women’s basketball are truly remarkable,” Big Ten Commissioner Tony Petitti added.

Former teammates Kathleen Doyle, Mckenna Warnock and Monika Czinano congratulated her with their own tribute videos. “You seriously never fail to amaze me,” Warnock said.

Clark even received congratulations from CBS Mornings host Gayle King, as well as Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis. “You did awesome!” Kunis said.

Two–time Super Bowl champion Peyton Manning said Clark has “inspired millions of other people” during her chase for the record, while his brother Eli Manning called it an “amazing accomplishment.

“It’s been so impressive to watch you perform throughout your career,” Manning said, joking, “Although, if I’m being honest, your accuracy from long range has made a lot of other quarterbacks look pretty bad.”

Clark broke the record by shooting a long-range three-point shot from nearly half court — a move that’s become her signature “logo shot” throughout her collegiate career.

Wow!

The LSU vs Iowa game has been amazing.

About 3 minutes left in the 4th and this one has absolutely lived up to the hype.

Iowa wins!

Great game by two great teams. All class on both sides. Reese Wilson played one hell of a game, playing through an early ankle injury. She fouled out with a couple of minutes left in the game, and Iowa just ran the time out.

Caitlin and Reese shared a big hug after the game, they are actually good friends when they aren’t playing.

LSU played with a chip on their shoulder last year, because they were counted out in the lead up last year because of the hype about Clark. But this was just a hard fought game, both teams were fantastic.

We’ll see what happens in this game to see who Iowa gets to play in the semis.

Hoping UConn wins.

Paige Bueckers has been one of my favorites since her high school team started showing up in my YouTube feed several years ago and I've been a Geno fan since his battles with Coach Summit.

Tied at the half.

I really don't have a favorite in this game, I'm impressed with both Paige Bueckers and Ju Ju Watkins. I do tend to favor a team with a woman coach. A woman can't get a job coaching men, there should be room for women to work in the women's game.

I also like it when women are calling the games and being the game analysts.

Also, Kim Mulkey did give a very classy interview about Iowa winning the game. Good for her.

Iowa vs LSU and Iowa vs UConn might have been two of the best college basketball games this season.

South Carolina is so good that I think they may easily win the championship game but I hope it's another close one.

Caitlin Clark might be the most important player in all of basketball right now. Not for what she's doing on the court but for the next generation of basketball players that she is inspiring.

While that is true it is also a great example of wokeness. While she is the GOAT for women's CBB. It is not the same game as the men's and the records should be separate.

The way they are in swimming and track etc
