Infantino, the head of FIFA, is a buddy of Donald Trump, and he's trying to bring world football/soccer under a private investment syndicate. Everyone in the real world outside the rich f--ks' private network, including the UK's new PM, is appalled by this idea.

Prime Minister Andy Burnham said Gianni Infantino was "the wrong man" to lead Fifa after a senior adviser to the president resigned and a third confederation opposed his plan to sell stakes in competitions to private investors.
Burnham was critical of the proposal when it was first announced, and told reporters on Friday: "This was an outrageous suggestion.
"The idea that it could even be brought forward shows that, in my view, [he] is the wrong man to lead the organisation."

Gianni Infantino's leadership of Fifa has been publicly questioned by football's governing bodies in Europe, North and Central America and the Caribbean.
Uefa and Concacaf both released statements on Saturday criticising the leadership at the world governing body after Infantino said Fifa would no longer proceed with the proposal to sell stakes in their competitions to private investors.
Uefa, which governs European football, welcomed the decision to withdraw the plan, describing it as a "victory for the whole game".

European governing body Uefa said in a statement its conditions had not been met, despite Infantino's plan being aborted.
"First, the proposals to sell off the major competitions had to be withdrawn and secondly," Uefa's statement said. "Assurances have to be made that such attempts to disfigure the game in this way will never be made again.
"These conditions have not been met."
Uefa has already said it has lost confidence in Infantino, calling the Fifa Forward Enterprise (FFE) proposal a "shabby, back room, opaque deal".
Indeed, all indications are that this plan to take the World Cup and FIFA public was a power grab by the same transnational corporate oligarchy that loves trump. It is widely known that Infantino is a notorious trump buddy.
