It’s gonna take a hellava charismatic President with courage to bring this country together. That person isn’t in this race. No matter who wins we are still in for four more years of division.
the worst is not the prez, its not the celeb who stands at the mic.
people Have to look at who they elect locally that goes to DC with horrid ideas plans
and dreams and moves them into congress where they spend their time moving bizarre
personal ideas up the congressional ladders...and some make it to law-z.

the prez gets told about this stuff, he didnt create it. when a county in CO votes to office
a drunken bar owner all fulla guns booze and barz..then shes taken the county money splits
for a diff area where she hopes they like her better. or enough to keep this perky gov job
shes got since they foreclosed her bar and shut her down.
i mean...this is who rifleCO put in office as house rep. whatev guys. :?

the people are creating their wurld. AI wont help them.
those in power know how AI is gonna fuck with the people.

No. I referenced a Pentagon report. Again, Number Six has told you that you were wrong in making such accusations.

But you don't fucking care, do you? It's the hatred for us that Trump has taught you.

You say I hate the military. One would think you wouldn’t go so low, but what else is there but hatred of the left to cause that?

You listen to Trump too damned much. He calls us “enemies within” and you agree with that.

You’re the one that keeps lying about me hating the military. You would think that you had some sort of principles. But nope. Anything for Trump.

Pathetic.

Judge rejects request to block Elon Musk $1 million voter giveaway

A judge on Monday rejected a request by the Philadelphia District Attorney to block a $1 million daily giveaway by Tesla
CEO Elon Musk’s political action committee to voters in registered voters in Pennsylvania and other swing states before Election Day.

Philadelphia County Common Pleas Court Judge Angelo Foglietta in an order said he would explain his reason for denying the request to block the giveaway, which the DA has called an illegal lottery, in a later written ruling.

the judge will say its ok cuz its tesla not musky using some bizarre 'laws' that allow
big corps to easily flush money.

bet the 'winners' pay more tax on that million than he would.

I wasn't too high on MSNBC when it started as a conservative network & Comcast is a conservative company Big Bad Bully Trump is gonna get his way & make sure some company will buy the network without repercussions.

Elon Musk floats buying MSNBC, but he’s not the only billionaire who may be interested

Elon Musk has called MSNBC “the utter scum of the Earth.” He has said the channel “peddles puerile propaganda.” Just a few days ago he said, “MSNBC is going down.” And now he is posting memes about buying the channel.

Conventional wisdom holds that Musk — the world’s richest man and key Donald Trump ally — and his friends are just joking. But Musk’s posts are adding to the anxiety that MSNBC staffers are feeling about the reelection of Donald Trump and the recently announced spinoff of Comcast’s cable channels.

MSNBC died years ago, so all this fuss is just hype aimed at the stupid people who don't watch it anyway. There will be an audience for an opposition channel, but said channel does not exist yet. Some obscure cable channel will take the plunge, and find an instant rating boost. The usual companies will organize an ad boycott. Then the channel will be neutralized and the cycle will start over.

Meanwhile, for anyone who thinks all of this kind of thing is new, someone on Bluesky came up with a very authentic looking copy of a letter Warren Harding sent to William Randolph Hearst, thanking him for his help in getting Harding elected president in 1920-whatever.

1896 JP Morgan, JD Rockefeller and a handful of other wealthy men got McKinley elected.

When the country started, the educated property owning 1% were the only ones who voted, and the president was essentially picked by the hereditary elite. We never really got over that. The British, whose colony we once were, still have a hereditary monarch, although otherwise their parliamentary system works a lot better than our currently completely dysfunctional elections.

Twitter is the tragedy of our current age. It shows how unrestrained wealth will trump, pun intended, the voice of the people every time. It's hardly a new phenomenon, but it's kind of depressing to think we really haven't evolved since the Gilded Age.
