What part of “you can’t do any purges ninety days before an election” do you not understand?
Not what the law says. Plus it’s subject to additional clauses in the law which i absolutely know you can’t understand. The word “systematically “ is a very tough qualifier. Which I’m sure you also don’t understand.

I guess you’re smarter than the judges that told them they couldn’t do that.

Obviously so. My judges agree with me. And they actually decide. So there’s that.

I’m on board with the six judges who understand the limits and constraints defined in that particular law. As I said before you have no hope of understanding the details of the law I previously posted.

Then neither do the judges that already told them not to do it.

But you lied, because the Supreme Court allowed them to continue the purge. You don't know what you're talking about.

I'm not going to pay much attention to the news (print or TV) as to who will be president. Too many conflicting articles and predictions to worry about. I'll wait until the election results are in and we know who has won.

Good plan if I were in SD we would go bowling then to a poker tournament. Followed by a night of drinking while lying about our athletic and sexual conquests.

Federal Judge Lets Iowa Keep Challenging Voter Rolls Despite Potential Impact On Naturalized Citizens

A federal judge ruled Sunday that Iowa can continue challenging the validity of hundreds of ballots from potential noncitizens even though critics said the effort threatens the voting rights of people who’ve recently become U.S. citizens.

U.S. District Judge Stephen Locher, an appointee of President Joe Biden, sided with the state in a lawsuit filed by the American Civil Liberties Union in the Iowa capital of Des Moines on behalf of the League of Latin American Citizens of Iowa and four recently naturalized citizens. The four were on the state’s list of questionable registrations to be challenged by local elections officials.

Democrats are already looking to revamp their early state primary calendar for 2028

It took months for Democrats to settle on their primary presidential calendar, an extended battle that ended up booting Iowa and New Hampshire from the mix and vaulting South Carolina to the top of the pack.

Now that all could be scrapped.
